-In order to detach the relay you need to either turn off the RLV mode in your client (if possible) or relog on a non RLV client.
-This is a bit annoying but required so you cannot remove the relay if a compatible object is still using it.
-Once detached, using a non rlv client, all the objects depending from it will automatically revert to their non RLV behavior.
