It contains valuable informations:
   * Which points are locked
   * Since how long, in week, days, hours, minutes and seconds.
   * The message carried by the lock.
   * The state of the RLV mode (ON, OFF, or if the RLV client version is too old).
   * Any other informations that can't be provided in better way.

To open the context menu, simply click on a touch point twice.
